2. Quote (within 24 hours)
We send a detailed written quotation including:
– Specification,
– Price (inc. VAT),
– Lead time,
– Delivery cost,
– Payment terms.

3. Site visit / showroom visit (optional)
You can visit our Retford showroom or we visit your site to confirm access, ground conditions, and final specification.

4. Order confirmation
40% deposit confirms the order and starts production.
Production begins immediately at our Retford facility.

5. Production (6–9 weeks)
Building is manufactured, fitted out, and quality-checked.
We send progress photos at key stages.

6. Site preparation (before delivery)
Client prepares the site: level ground, hardstanding,
access for HIAB lorry. We provide written guidance.

7. Delivery & installation (1 day)
Delivery on 12-metre flatbed.
HIAB unloads and positions the building.
For multi-module buildings, our team joins modules on site.

8. Handover
Final inspection.
Balance payment due.
Building is ready to use.

9. After-sales
5-year structural guarantee.
12-month finishes guarantee.
