Standard specification
Standard Across Every Workspace
Regardless of the size or configuration you choose, every Workspace starts with the same fully insulated, commercial-grade modular structure, built for year-round use.
Steel structure
Welded box-section steel frame with individual modules securely joined to create the required building size and layout. Roof lifting points allow the modules to be transported, installed and relocated when required.
Insulated panels
100 mm (4 in) polyurethane-core sandwich panels to walls, roof and floor. Fully insulated for comfortable year-round use.
External cladding
Steel cassette panels fitted to the external face. Available in any RAL colour. £60 inc. VAT per m² (£5.60/sq ft) — total cladding area quoted individually for each Workspace.
External door
Aluminium double-glazed entrance doors in graphite as standard. Door quantity, size and position depend on the selected Workspace and layout.
Windows
PVC double-glazed windows, fixed or opening. Quantity, size and positions are confirmed as part of the final layout.
Flooring
Tarkett Activia in Earl Grey. Commercial-grade PVC flooring with abrasion class T.
Internal finish
Smooth white hygienic wall panels throughout. Durable, low-maintenance and easy to clean.
Internal height
Approx. 2.7 m (9 ft) at the front and 2.5 m (8 ft) at the rear, with a single-fall roof.
Guarantees included
5-year structural guarantee and 12-month finishes guarantee. Lead-time guarantee: £400/day if we’re late.
Documentation included
Free site survey before delivery. Planning drawings for permitted development included where applicable.
